Most of them aren't rich.   Those who are rich would disagree with what many charlatans preach. The other day, I came across an article proclaiming, "Skip your lunch, don't buy expensive coffee, cut your hair less often." This is a horrendous way to live your life and it promotes poverty. It's smart to be thrifty, but you don't want to be cheap. You should never do anything that will deprive you from your joy.   I promote prosperity--and taking away these simple pleasures will not make you rich. It will drive you to be more frustrated from these unrealistic disciplines. Most of these hypocrites who profess these antics haven't even made it financially. By Edo Nation According to the oral history of Lagos, at some point around 1300-1400 CE, the Oba (King) of the Benin Empire - who used to send trade expeditions to Ghana, where spices were traded - heard from one of his traders complaints about the way she was being treated by the Awori who lived in the area of current day Lagos. The Oba of Benin then sent a trade expedition by sea to engage with the Awori people, who nonetheless declined to engage and attacked the mission sent by Benin because they were too afraid to even attack, if they did, the consequences would be to severe for them. AN NNDC CONTRACTOR’S APPEAL FOR PAYMENT AFTER DEBTORS FORECLOSED HIS HOUSE AND OFFICE COMPLEX. A contactor of the NDDC (name withheld) is appealing to the management of the NDDC to please pay his IPC of nine months in other for him to regain his residence and office complex foreclosed by his debtors. The contractor that may not have a roof over his head this celebration season if NDDC refuses to pay him still has no ill will towards the management of the NDDC. In his words  he said, “ The God almighty that they serve is who I serve, the Executive Director Project is a man of prayer, he never begins any working day without praying with his working staff, I am appealing to him to help me in the name of Jehovah that he prays to everyday. The Managing Director is also a good Christian; let him remember his brethren in his time of need”.
